Education: Assoc Degree or above preferred; or commensurate experience accepted Salary: Based on experience Travel: Minimal General Job Description: The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for day to day customer contact primarily through phone interactions, including responding to inbound written communications such as email, fax, and letter. The goal of the CSR is to respond to inquiries, resolve customer issues, and handle follow-up work subsequent to customer interactions while providing an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities include: • Responding to phone, email, fax and letter inquiries concerning things like: o New user registration o Golf course map requests o Map downloads • Troubleshooting and investigation to resolve customer inquiries • Coordinating with internal teams to facilitate resolution • Provide resolution to end use customers • Identifying training opportunities and assisting in documentation. • Using the computer, oral and written communication skills • Enter data into a computer terminal, PC, or other keyboard device requiring continuous or repetitive arm-hand-eye movement. • Remain in a sitting position for extended periods of time.
