Job/Project Details: Looking for an Admin who isn't afraid to be at the front desk to greet clients, handle all incoming and outgoing deliveries, screening sales calls (the call volume is low). As well calendaring for events, interviews, meetings, etc. Schedules are constantly changing, need to be detail orientated. Travel arrangements would be for out of town interviews, executive travel, etc. Catering- The company holds a LOT of staff meetings, events, etc where they order in food. Will be responsible for gathering everyone's orders, ordering, setting up. Need someone who is looking for a career! They are rapidly growing and looking for someone who is ready to work their way up. Admin experience in the Engineering industry would be a huge plus!
